WOW!! can't say enough about the work that Frank and his staff did to assist me in finding a condo at the Beach Club. He was referred to me by a friend and everything exceeded my expectations. I was selling a condo in FL and there is no comparison between the 2 individuals that I worked with. Especially after the sale--he helped with all the other details that arise--identifying insurance carriers, sending the power company paperwork (even partially filled out), and assisting with the crazy couple of days before closing. I can't say enough good things about Frank, Courtney and the team. I'm a firm believer in setting agent rates after the sale rather than having it set before. The person in FL did the bare minimum while Frank and his team went above and beyond. They're great and you can't go wrong with them.
